RwaMarkets lists tokenized products whose value is intended to reference an identifiable real-world asset, and whose issuer, official Solana mint and product documentation can be established from authoritative sources.
Asset categories

| Pre-IPO | Tokens providing economic exposure to private companies, through structures defined by the issuer. |
Category is RwaMarkets' classification of the underlying exposure. It does not describe the legal form of the token, which is defined by the issuer.
Minimum requirements
The full criteria are in the Listing Policy. In short: an identifiable issuer and underlying asset, an official mint confirmed from an issuer source, a valid onchain mint, available documentation, and an executable market with at least $50,000 of liquidity.
Terminology
RwaMarkets refers to listed products as tokenized real-world assets, not as shares or stocks, unless the issuer's legal documentation establishes that structure. The asset a token references is the underlying asset; the organization responsible for the product is the token issuer; the token's canonical onchain identifier is its official mint.
