Availability & Eligibility
Not every tokenized RWA is available to every user.
Issuers define who may hold or acquire their products. Restrictions can depend on residence, nationality, investor status, jurisdiction, sanctions requirements and other issuer-defined conditions. RwaMarkets surfaces these restrictions where reliable information exists, on each asset page under “Important information”.
Published restrictions (examples)

| xStocks | Per the issuer, xStocks are not marketed, offered, or solicited in the United States, to U.S. Persons, or in any other prohibited jurisdiction. Other jurisdictions may classify them differently, including as crypto assets. |
| Backpack Securities | Per Backpack, Backpack Securities isn't available in the United States, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, or Japan, and isn't offered on Backpack EU. |
| PreStocks | Per PreStocks, tokens are not available in the U.S., to U.S. persons, or to other ineligible persons. |
| Tessera | Per Tessera, it is not available to persons or entities in excluded jurisdictions, including the United States and the People's Republic of China. |
Some listings also carry venue-level blocks — for example, the Sunrise listing blocks certain Backpack Securities tokens in the United States and Canada. These are shown on the relevant asset pages.
